Job Summary
Hi, Welcome to Chili?s! IYKYK Were you born with a fondness for fajitas, branding, and all things social media? If so, that?s pretty incredible because you?re exactly who we?re looking for. Chili?s needs a driven, collaborative, and detailoriented thinker and doer to join our marketing team, and happy hours. Chili?s social content has trended on X over eight times this year alone and our team has continued to drive brand relevance that transcends social to drive business results. We have elevated the standard of what it means to be a relevant casual dining brand on social media and will continue to do so - from capitalizing on trending TikToks to creating our own trends that get noticed from Gen Z to Wall Street. In this role, the ideal candidate will continue to build on this current momentum. This future ChiliHead will be the embodiment of the Chili?s presence online. Your future responses will be in the forefront of meme culture and will get to brag when people on social media ask, ?who is running the Chili?s X account?? It will be you! This role will lead our moderation partner while finding ways for the brand to show up in relevant and unexpected conversations on social across all main platforms like X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Your day to day will entail working closely with the social media manager leading creative output and driving clarity for the team. You will be a crucial partner to the Director of Marketing, actively managing projects, agency teams and internal partners. Oh, and yes, there will be fajitas, but don?t touch the skillets.
Key Job Functions
Manage the relationship between Chili?s and our third-party moderation agency ? Includes: providing timely brand updates, leading and distributing responding reports, funneling crisis-related incidents Act as one of the touchpoints and voice of the Chili?s brand across all social channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, et al.) in a way that encapsulates our personality and tone ? Includes jumping into social conversation or responding 24/7 Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster an engaging community interaction with the brand Keep pulse of the brand reputation on social, guide guests when they have an issue and escalate internally to mitigate brand risk Proactively engage on behalf of the brand: see what?s trending, what conversations are happening, finding moments to converse in conversations that we?re not mentioned in directly ? Includes engaging with brand friends on non-branded content to nurture relationship ? Includes capitalizing on Verified Users? mentions ? Includes Surprise and Delight efforts where appropriate Includes item creation and fulfillment through internal vendor partner Stay abreast of community buzz and trends, continually jumping into trending conversations to elevate the brand Lead giveaway fulfillment in partnership with teams. Bachelor?s Degree: (English, Communications, Marketing or Advertising preferred) 1-3 years of social media management experience (client or agency) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite with focus in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere ExcShare this entry
