We are on a journey to accelerate brand market share growth by transforming into a brand management led organization. **Position Summary:** The Associate Brand Manager position on Baby Gear Compliance & Content will be deeply involved in building and executing plans for future growth. + Work across the business units with all key functions – Brand Owners, Sales, Sourcing, Distribution, Customer Service, IT, Finance, HR, Legal – as well as centralized support teams to drive strategic initiatives + Drive content strategy and execution across our leading baby gear brands – Graco and Baby Jogger – including photography, video, reviews, artwork and other brand support. + Building brand equity by leaning in on safety through compliance and content updates to ladder back to master brand + Support the compliance update process to deliver updated artwork, product, and content on time and in full **Key Responsibilities:** + Works cross-functionally with category Brand owners, Graphics Design, Omni Marketing, Public Relations & Social, and External Agency Partners. + Accountable for supporting the brand marketing strategies across Graco and Baby Jogger, grounded in consumer and market understanding. + Familiar with brand standards and design language. Acts as brand champion across the business, ensuring consistency of communications according to brand guidelines. + Builds knowledge of our brands and key products including their function and features. + Provides creative guidance to creative services teams and/or agency partners. + Serves as a key interface between brand marketing and creative services- briefing, giving feedback and managing creative design projects (packaging, POP, displays, digital assets). + Leads brand photography and video projects, serving as interface between brand marketing and creative agency- owning scope, budget, timelines, process and approvals. + Builds working knowledge and ability to communicate and ensure adherence to the brands’ visual languages (graphics look and feel) and photography and video style (lighting, wardrobe, propping and models.) + Participates in brainstorming sessions with marketing, agencies and the creative design team to generate creative ideas. + Builds knowledge of and suggests strategies for content trends (best in class, new/emerging and across channels such as retail.com and social.) + Forecasts and prioritizes workload (creative projects, photography, video). + Oversees project timelines, deliverables and approval processes. + Facilitates collaboration and communication across all stakeholders. + Tracks and summarizes projects. + Serves as day-to-day agency contact, specifically owning planning of major photography and video shoots with agency. + Assigns projects to agency, or internal creative resources, using clear and effective scope, budget and creative brief. + Serves as brand lead on set, ensuring brand vision is achieved, products are used correctly and scope is followed. + Coordinates product reviews process, managing internal and external partners, process, and budget. + Builds working knowledge of current and potential emerging category compliance. + Helps track and manage compliance projects. + Partners with C+C team to work directly with graphics and production team to update all necessary artwork associated with compliance **Required Experience/Qualifications:** + Four-year college degree. + 2+ years of prior experience of marketing or agency experience, ideally in role involved with creative projects. + Experience in brand marketing is a plus. + Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. + Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. + Ability to manage projects, agencies and budgets. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong communication skills, written and oral. + Creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. + Demonstrated logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
