Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Insight talent to join our dynamic Allergan Digital Innovation team. This role will focus on leveraging multiple tools and resources to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making on digital innovation business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media & Ecommerce platforms, as well as offline activities and business logic, and a passion for processing and transforming data into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Social Listening Monitoring:
+ Monitor social media conversations and sentiment across platforms in daily & weekly basis. Be a fast learner of medical aesthetic industry and quickly catch up on most updated knowledge both internally and externally.
+ Coordinate with 3rd party research agency to generate weekly report with high quality to enable internal functions & customers. Be innovative in creating and generating impactful working results.
+ Support line manager on agency management and ad-hoc tasks.
+ Data mining and dashboard building:
+ Advanced data processing ability, to deal with comprehensive data source and process data into well-organized format.
+ Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
+ Good understanding of online and offline data, including social media, ecommerce data, pricing and sales data.
+ Analytics and report generating:
+ Good logical thinking and hands-on data analysis skills to deliver high quality data analytics result under guidance. Detail oriented and data accuracy are must.
Create clear, visually appealing PowerPoint with data-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in social listening, data analysis, market research, or business consulting; agency experience is preferred.
+ Proficiency in various data tools and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
+ Advanced PowerPoint skills with a proven ability to create visually appealing presentations.
+ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, to deliver high standard work.
+ A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
