Responsible for leading Deliver Operation for Medical Technology (MedTech) Johnson Johnson Philippine.

Providing direct oversight to operation, customer collaboration, 4PL operation/Distribution Service.

Logistic Distribution Service

Handle the importation process together with the vendors/collaborator.

Collaborate with 4PL to handle distribution operations and sales recognition (transfer between plants, agreement execution with customers, sales recognition, 4PL invoicing). Ensure distribution of products is in accordance with customer requirements in terms of on-time, efficiency, accuracy, and budget. Lead, control and supervise the deliver distribution cost. Conduct regular reviews with 4PL to ensure delivery of KPIs. Analyze logistics data for improvements in distribution and transportation operations. Run E2E process both goods flow and system flow (inbound, outbound, inventory movement, stock take, write off).

2. Order Management

Ensure an appropriate order flow with the compliance to policies. Run the communication with sales function, 4PL, finance, Exim, RA and CQ. Monitor and evaluate order issues. Provide a collaborate with finance and commercial teams. Lead resolutions of issues and anticipate future issues through collaborations with internal and external collaborators. Drive process improvements in order management processes.
