This is an opportunity to help lead Latin America & Caribbean regional marketing strategies that have a huge impact on one of the leading global brands, building on the already significant momentum and success of digital marketing at Starbucks.   As an associate manager, Digital Marketing you will…   Help drive digital strategy and execution across our brand, campaign and promotional efforts working with brand managers in Miami and Seattle, as well as with market licensees and other external organizations. Evaluate, prioritize, and drive action regarding loyalty programs (structure, benefits, engagement, etc.), convenience channels (i.e.: delivery), partnerships, and other Digital Customer Experience opportunities based on expected performance and financial viability. Support the development of presentations for senior leadership and market licensees, preparing written communication materials such as briefs, meeting recaps and project recommendations. Manage data collection and analysis to generate insights and business/brand building actions. Manage project timelines, working with cross-functional partners to ensure the best available costs, terms and quality. Support the regional Digital leader on the implementation and management of Starbucks Digital Solutions platform across markets. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with agencies, digital partners in markets and other internal and external stale holders for assigned projects and day-to-day business activities.

Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, marketing, technology, digital or similar field Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency account management or consumer product brand/program management Minimum of 1 year of project management experience Previous experience creating integrated marketing plans Previous experience with digital channels and data management Fluent in Spanish and English Willing to travel approximately 10% both domestically and internationally Ability to execute best-in-class regional delivery aggregators management processes Previous experience creating integrated marketing plans with an emphasis on digital customer experience, loyalty and convenience Strong presentation, communication and decision-making skills Experience leading digital channels, technology, creative, and media plans from strategy through execution.
