Title: Associate Manager, Digital & Technology Operations (On-Prem)
Location: Plano, Texas
Compensation:  $93,800 - $110,400

 

What You’ll Be Serving Up:

To oversee all on-premise channel operations, performance, and technologies, ensuring the effective management of kiosks, front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) technologies, digital menu boards, and the scaling of technology solutions.

 

Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

 

On-Premise Channel Management: Lead the strategy and execution of all on-premise channel operations to ensure high performance and superior customer experiences. Technology Management: Oversee the deployment and performance of all FOH and BOH technologies, including KDS, POS, and KMS. Digital Menu Boards: Manage the performance and optimization of digital menu boards to enhance in-restaurant customer engagement. Kiosk and Self-Service Technology: Ensure the effective implementation, management, and performance of kiosk and self-service technologies. Tech Scaling: Develop and execute strategies to scale on-premise technology solutions across restaurants. Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on-premise operations with overall business objectives. Digital Platform Commercialization and Integration: Manage the commercialization and operational integration of digital platforms, ensuring they are effectively embedded into restaurant operations to enhance efficiency, drive growth Improve the customer experience.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-premise operations, technology management, or a related field. Proven experience managing and scaling on-premise technologies in a retail or restaurant environment.

Skills:

Strong project management and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with FOH and BOH technologies, digital menu boards, and kiosks. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive technology performance improvements.
