About the Job:

Join Yum! Brands as a leader responsible for developing global benefits strategies and programs, with a project-based focus on global leaves, time-off, and retirement. This role designs benefits programs for Yum’s equity markets outside the Americas and leads the company’s global wellbeing strategy. This role manages complex, multi-country benefit designs and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring solutions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with Yum’s global total rewards philosophy.

Salary Range: 

$107,800 - $126,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities 

Non-Americas Benefits Design (45%)

Lead design of core benefits (healthcare, retirement, time off, leave) for non-Americas equity markets Own ad-hoc design projects such as program harmonization, M&A integrations, new market entry, or legislative changes Use data, benchmarks, and employee insights to shape program recommendations and evaluate effectiveness Adapt global principles to local market realities, ensuring compliance and competitiveness Act as the primary point of contact for regional TRBPs and senior stakeholders on design questions/projects Partner with Service Delivery, Legal and Finance to ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation

Global Wellbeing Strategy (30%)

Develop and lead Yum’s global wellbeing strategy across physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing Deliver global programs and campaigns in partnership with Communications, TRBPs, local P&C teams, and vendors Monitor external trends, workforce data, and employee feedback to refine and improve offerings

Standards & Governance (10%)

Contribute to the development, rollout and refinement of Yum’s global benefits standards, frameworks, and guiding principles Ensure non-Americas and wellbeing programs align with these standards while meeting local needs

Vendor & Consultant Partnerships (15%)

Manage relationships with wellbeing vendors, brokers, and consultants supporting non-Americas benefits Lead or support RFPs, vendor selection, and performance reviews to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and innovation

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of benefits design experience, international experience preferred Strong collaboration & sense of urgency Ability to solve complex, ambiguous challenges through creative design solutions. Skilled at managing external vendors and consultants. Demonstrated success leading projects with significant organizational impact
