Associate Manager, HR Culture Communications
This newly created role will support the culture and development function within HR (think Learning and Leadership, Org Design, Future of Work/Culture, and Diversity and Inclusion). You will collaborate across a variety of stakeholders to support and roll out key programs. You will bring a unique communications, marketing, and project management skill set to bring culture and development ideas to life and build out the tactics needed so others know about our offerings. This role is an action oriented position where success is driven by delivery and execution, and key outcome measures. You will work directly with the Executive Director of Culture and stakeholders across the Culture & Development COE as well as and Corporate Affairs. Our objective is to ensure that our internal team members and external collaborators are well-informed and have the programming needed to support their engagement and our reputation. These programs include such things as DEI newsletters, corporate universities, and innovation principle podcasts. Effective communication and program management are crucial to bringing the ambitions of our Center of Excellence to fruition for both our colleagues and external collaborators. **_This role is based at our Corporate Offices in Sleepy Hollow, NY, hybrid working with 3 days onsite required. This role is not open to fully remote work._** **As an Associate Manager, Culture & Development a typical day may include:** + Event support on Future of Work and Culture programs (such as innovation summit logistics) + Create content & materials for key projects such as WFP, Regeneron University, etc. + Project manage and develop content and materials, including change communications for ongoing C+D projects such as ERGs, impact report, C+D newsletters, content routing and approvals among HR and key stakeholders (i.e. Corporate Affairs & Communications) and keep HR wide assets (such as HR4U, HR RON pages) updated with C+D content + Story mining, content build and media management (i.e. Videos) to support culture and Future of Work and place into the communications ecosystem + Manage partnerships and vendors as required to ensure successful execution of projects + Integrate narrative among C+D to ensure integrated consistent narrative framework for all within C+D to communicate **This role may be for you if you have:** + Expertise in Communications and Marketing and have worked with HR organizations around communication campaigns + A proven track record of taking initiative, ability to get things done with a minimum of noise and the ability to prioritize the essential over the non-essential + Are learning agile and able to deal with ambiguity, and able to quickly translate complex concepts and goals into clear and coherent solutions. + Exceptional writing capability and storytelling via PowerPoint + Strong project management skill set with the ability to anticipate stakeholder demands + Exceptional writing and storytelling skills To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-6 years of Marketing & Communications and Project Management expereince ideally supporting a highly matrixed HR organization.
