Associate Manager, Logistic Operations
As an Associate Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading logistics and supply chain operations within our Madrid Kit Room warehouse. You will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic leadership position where you will drive performance, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making to support business growth and efficiency. **_Key Responsibilities:_** + **Operational Leadership:** Lead day-to-day logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution, ensuring seamless execution and high performance. + **Team Management & Development:** Oversee and develop a team of supervisors and logistics professionals. Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to ensure high engagement and performance. + **Customer-Focused Logistics:** Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, driving improvements in service levels and customer satisfaction while optimizing cost efficiency. + **Process Improvement & Lean Management:** Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow. + **KPI Management & Performance Tracking:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, and operational costs. Take proactive actions to meet and exceed targets. + **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:** Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, and sales, to align logistics operations with overall business goals. + **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards. Foster a culture of safety and quality within the logistics operations. **_Your profile_** **:** + Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics). + Fluent in Spanish and English. + 7 years of experience in operations: logistics or supply chain or customer service. + Minimum 3 years of experience as people manager. + Minimum of 1 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.
