Associate Manager, Paid Social - Hulu
Job Summary:

Hulu's Marketing organization is seeking an Associate Manager to lead Originals and Brand Paid Social Campaigns. This individual will be an outstanding addition to the Paid Social team, leading the planning and execution of full-funnel social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance for Hulu Originals and Brand initiatives.

As Associate Manager, Paid Social, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and creative partners to launch dynamic social campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You’ll play a key role in driving best-in-class campaigns that blend performance insights with bold creative to elevate Hulu’s presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Support the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Hulu Originals and Brand marketing initiatives

Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and compelling storytelling across paid formats

QA ads setup across all social platforms

Manage trafficking and asset delivery to ensure timely launches and creative excellence

Help track performance metrics and pull actionable insights from brand lift studies, engagement trends, and paid social analytics

Maintain campaign documentation including media plans, tracking sheets, creative calendars, and budget trackers

Collaborate closely with agency partners to align on flighting, optimizations, and creative refreshes

Manage campaign budgets and support financial tracking, invoice reconciliation, and PO processing

Stay current with platform innovations and propose test-and-learn opportunities for Originals and Brand campaigns
 

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social campaign management, preferably in entertainment, brand, or full-funnel campaigns

Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Snapchat)

Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple high-volume campaigns
Experience working closely with creative teams and understanding of storytelling across social

Ability to interpret data, translate insights into strategy, and present findings clearly

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable flexing between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Preferred Experience:

Entertainment or media industry experience

Experience supporting brand and/or original content marketing

Familiarity with paid social reporting and measurement tools

Agency experience a plus

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience

Location Note: This role is hybrid, in-office 4x/week (Monday – Thursday) with WFH on Fridays based in Burbank.


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $94,200.00 to $126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
