Position Summary The Associate Manager for the North America Retail Operations reports to the Sr. Manager, Retail and collaborates with various members of Energizer’s Retail Leadership Team & broker partners to provide retail analytics, insights, and POS & execution dashboards that enable North American Retail Teams to effectively prioritize activities that drive Availability & Visibility of Energizer’s brands. Additionally, the Associate Manager, Retail, will have ownership of retail account planning for assigned chain & budget management. Responsibilities Develop & Define Strategic Retail Solutions Data & Technology Services Routing analysis & productivity support Continuous improvement of processes including data collection, internal retail tools, analytics & execution reporting Account planning & development of priorities Manages Retail Budget & other Trade Development functions. Reconciling 3 retail budgets Monthly meetings with finance Approvals/POs Forecasting internally & with Broker Collaborates with North American Retail Services Team Manager: Mentoring, training & skill development of RCSMs & CDMDs Retail analytics, reporting, dashboards/scorecards for NA Assists in building NARS team culture. Develops & publishes Quarterly Success Stories for Internal Audience Works in the field quarterly to assess store conditions & works with RLT/DRT Leaders to identify opportunities & solicit feedback on retail tools. May perform other duties as assigned. What we are looking for Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 2-5 years’ experience in analytics Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Power BI or equivalent Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments Ability to work independently with minimal instructions Comfortable working on cross-functional teams Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change Come join us!
