BODYARMOR is looking for an Associate Manager, Shopper Marketing Strategy & Planning to join our team!

The Associate Manager will support the development of retailer marketing strategies and planning tools to increase BODYARMOR and Powerade brand awareness and sales. This role is a stakeholder in the company's go-to-market process, representing shopper marketing and national retail sales perspectives within the corporate marketing team, owning key retail media campaign deliverables and providing visibility between the corporate marketing and field teams. The position will report to the Director of Shopper Marketing Strategy & Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with key cross functional teams both internally and externally to plan, execute, communicate and recap national retail programs.Develop and execute the Shopper Marketing Toolkits supporting national retail programs, inclusive of submitting creative briefs, project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless launch in alignment with overall business objectives.Lead eCommerce and digital asset management processesLead custom shopper promotion request process and act as subject-matter-expert consultant on all sweeps programsDevelop and execute weekly internal communication on all national marketing program and updates


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field4 years of work in marketing, sales, or related experience requiredReliable, self-starter, hard-working, proactive team player with can-do attitude10-15% of travel required by car or plane required

Skills:

Pay Range:

$86,300 - $104,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
