As an associate manager user experience (UX) within the Agency Systems and Experience organization, you will oversee and develop innovate digital experiences for our independent agent proprietary portal, ForAgentsOnly.com. In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a team of digital designers and developers, providing support and direction to cultivate creativity. You’ll oversee the project queue, ensuring effective prioritization and timely delivery, and take ownership of design projects when needed. In addition, you’ll collaborate in the planning, building, execution and implementation of a design system.
This is a remote position. Preference for candidates local to Cleveland, Ohio or Tampa, Florida for possible in-person meetings but not a requirement.

Experience leading and mentoring a team of UX designersStrong proficiency in Figma, XD and the Adobe Creative Suite with a focus creating process flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design solutions; Experience managing a project queue of multiple digital projects in a fast paced environmentProven track record of leading business-to-business (B2B) focused user experience design initiatives; Experience designing or optimizing user experience of portal dashboard interfaces and quoting applicationsDemonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems, with the ability to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital platformsProficiency or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery; experience collaborating with development teams to translate business partner needs into actionable design solutionsCompensation
