o B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech. degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with 9-11 yrs of experience 
o Excellent understanding of Engineering fundamentals 
o Good knowledge in FEM and tools like Altair HM ,Nastran or Optistruct etc.
o Strong people management skills and should have handled a team of 6-10 members
o Should be able to resolve technical issues in the team
o Should be able to take ownership and handle the projects with minimum dependency 
o Should be able to communicate with BU's and support the team on schedule estimations and plans
