Job Description:

Java Technical Lead

10+ years of full stack engineering experience in an agile production environmentExperience leading the design and implementation of complex features in full-stack applicationsExperience leading a large project and working with other developersProficiency with Java, JavaScript, .NET/C#, React, Redux, Typescript, and SQL Server or other object-oriented languages, front-end frameworks, and/or relational database technologiesStrong technologist eager to learn new technologies and frameworksCustomer-centric development approachPassion for analytical / quantitative problem solvingAbility to identify and implement improvements to team development processesStrong collaboration skills with experience collaborating across many people and rolesMotivation, creativity, self-direction, and desire to thrive on small project teamsSuperior academic record with a degree in Computer Science or related technical fieldStrong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, or a related STEM field

·        Experience in working with Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS)

·        Experience participating in complex engineering projects in an Agile setting e.g. Scrum
