Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any issues that may arise Communicate project status, issues, and requirements to stakeholders and senior management Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as necessary Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Support business development activities by providing technical expertise and insights Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field with 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
