Data Management: Collect, analyze, and disseminate data in a timely manner. Reporting: Prepare and present reports based on data analysis to support strategic planning. Generate basic MIS reports and assist in data analysis for decision-making. Accounts Support: Support in managing financials of Non Aero interms of OPEX & CAPEX. Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Update financial and operational data in the MIS system under supervision for accurate data reporting Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Help in conducting internal audits to maintain financial integrity. Budget Analysis Support: Support in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets. Support in tracking financial performance and identifying variances. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal departments to support financial and data management needs. Assist in coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the finance and other functional teams. Participate in team meetings and contribute to training and development activities. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive / Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of data analysis. Good understanding of SAP and financial module Proficiency in MS Office and database software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hands on experience of working in SAP.
