Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to take on the Generative AI area at DXC Technology. This individual will spearhead our generative AI initiatives, driving research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI models and applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of generative AI technologies, a strong research background, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the development and implementation of generative AI models and applications.

Drive research initiatives to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into various products and services.

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology, and apply them to improve existing models and create new solutions.

Engage with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and requirements for generative AI applications.

Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events to showcase our generative AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Expertise in generative AI technologies, including GANs, VAEs, and other generative models.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for AI research and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with generative AI.
