Job DescriptionDevelop and execute behavior change campaigns to promote desirable organizational values and employee engagement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align employee experience initiatives with broader organizational goals.Leverage previous BPO experience to identify and implement best practices for employee experience management.Plan and coordinate large-scale employee events, including virtual and in-person gatherings.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Demonstrate excellent presenting and hosting skills, both in-person and virtually.Be available to work on weekends as required to support employee events and initiatives. Strengthen Relationships: Assist with managing attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team.Understanding of live streaming, video production, and other electronic media to create compelling content for internal audience.Design basic flyers, posters, and other visual materials for internal dissemination and event promotion.QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
