Associate Manager Experiential Marketing - Southeast Region

Summary:

 

The Associate Manager, Experiential Marketing is responsible for the planning and execution of events and activations. Responsibilities include managing events, event teams, overseeing budgets, and maintaining key vendor and partner relationships. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should have 4 years of experience in events or partnerships, with flexibility for travel and work outside regular hours.

This is a remote position and the location is flexible, but preference will be given to candidates in major metro markets in the Southeastern U.S. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead the planning and execution of assigned events and activations, particularly those related to brand partnerships, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the department.  Lead event staff, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with event objectives and company standards. Manage and oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and making decisions on spending priorities.  Develop and maintain key relationships with vendors and other stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and consistency in communication and execution.  Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure successful execution of initiatives.  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.  Demonstrates leadership qualities, including sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of work.

 

About you:

 

You have 4 years of experience in events, partnerships, and hospitality management You are self-motivated and confident in your decision-making skills You are confident managing events and orchestrating an event team  You are a skilled negotiator  You are able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, when needed, to host events. You have a valid CA driver’s license and can travel up to 40% of the time nationwide. You are able to lift at least 40 lbs. (a case of wine)

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $84,000 - $88,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Based on the location of the incumbent, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
