What You Will Get To Do: 

Managing GoTrade+ clients’ middle and back office support servicesProviding ongoing and daily operations support to client(s) across all aspects of the post trade lifecycle – trade support, settlements, collateral management, reconciliations and documentation servicesCompleting daily, weekly and monthly assigned tasks and reviewing work productGlobally interacting with the greater OTC Derivatives, Fund Accounting, Operations and Valuation departmentsBuilding and maintaining strong client and counterparty/PB relationshipsCo-Managing and coordinating client due diligence meetings as needed      Assisting in the exception documentation and gap analysis processParticipating in testing new functionality for technology projectsWorking with the Sales & Marketing team to support conference needs, event planning and email campaigns

 What You Will Bring: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related fieldExperience working in the financial services industry, preferably in a middle/back office environment necessaryStrong knowledge of fixed income and FX products a mustOTC derivative products knowledge a strong plusProject Management methodology and best practices a mustExperience with documenting business processes and workflowsExperience translating business requirements into software requirements (writing BRD’s)Prior experience with both technical designs and specifications throughout the project life cycleExcellent communication skills particularly in a client facing environmentAbility to work well independentlyExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work across multiple geographic regionsAbility to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
