Microsoft Windows server, Server core, Windows Cluster, other features/Roles issues, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019.Advanced troubleshooting skills with Microsoft debugging tools for Microsoft Windows Hyper-V server,2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019Microsoft Active Directory, AD tools, ADFS (e.g.:- DCdiag, replmon, etc), Azure AD.Advanced troubleshooting skills with Microsoft debugging tools for Microsoft AD issues, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019.Adequate knowledge on handling Azure IAAS, PAAS & SAAS services.Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct (S2D).Adequate knowledge on storage technologies – both DAS and SAN.Extensive knowledge on High Availability and Load balancing technologies.Adequate knowledge on designing and developing disaster recovery solutions.Extensive knowledge on secure communication and SSL certificates.Current Microsoft Expert Certification (Preferred).Ensure DXC accounts are supported 24x7 with minimum disruption to their business operations on P1 issues and 24x5 on all other issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft related product queries or problem as quickly as possible.Meet SLA’s and follow document processes required by EMSC.Manage and coordinate timely communications with client and Microsoft.Track and log time on all cases.Maintain a successful resolution rate of 85% of cases without involving Microsoft vendor.Shifts:
Open to 24/7 & rotational shifts.
Weekend standby for Critsit issues on rotation basis.
