Job DescriptionAssociate Managers in this role get to:
Be the Point of Contact: serves as single point I.T. contact for Business Partners on incidents, changes, projects and initiatives that require technology input. Coordinates closely across IT functional areas that are supporting Business.
Be the Expert: manage all Business Partner facing activities for IT. This includes engagement, developing relationship, understanding business direction and needs, driving formulation of solutions and roadmaps, proactive communications, service level management, reporting and service improvement initiatives through projects. Complete ownership of CSAT and NPS, ensures CSAT is high and improving all the time. Understands business processes, capabilities and the technologies that support them.
Consistently Deliver: initiates actions required to define, maintain or improve service levels.
Strengthen Relationships: expeditiously advocates for Business Partners within I.T. and I.T. to Business Partners.
Enable and Guide: Promotes effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues
