The Marketing Automation & Event Systems Asso. Manager is a key role on our high-volume event and demand generation team.  This is a great career opportunity to work with the top Marketo and Marketing Operations experts globally. You will be exposed to, and work on, a large martech stack that handles high volume lead generation. This is not your typical Marketo-Salesforce stack.

Background in B2B marketing, Tradeshows, Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing teams to develop best practices, solve problems, and implement AB testing.

Maintain and monitor data connection between third party event tools and Marketo.

Build and execute campaigns, programs, and emails in Marketo. Monitor performance and data flows between systems.

Build and test workflows in Marketo to achieve the goal of the campaign; including correct assets, copy, images, data collection, and tracking points.

Perform rigorous testing on each program to ensure all requirements are met, and on time.

Load lists properly into Marketo.

Create, load, and test emails, landing pages, and other assets.

Handle high volume requests each week while delivering high quality work.

Report on campaign results as needed.

Manage task list to launch campaigns on time and according to specifications.

Assist colleagues as needed in achieving marketing goals.

Investigate and make data changes and corrections.

Qualifications

3 to 8 years of professional experience, 4-8 years Marketing automation experience.

Experience with event technologies (Zoom, On24, CVENT, Rainfocus, Hopin, etc.)

Process oriented, logical and an analytical thinker.

Understanding of database concepts.

Email marketing campaign experience or program development.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong time management and personal management skills.
