Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manager - Resource Planning to join our dynamic team in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of workforce and assetsAnalyze resource capacity, demand forecasts, and project requirements to create effective allocation plansCollaborate with project managers and department heads to understand resource needs and constraintsUtilize resource management software to track and manage resource assignments across multiple projectsGenerate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into resource utilization and capacityIdentify and resolve resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in resource allocationContribute to the development of long-term resource planning strategies aligned with organizational goalsMentor and guide junior team members in resource planning best practicesContinuously improve resource planning processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field3-5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar roleProficiency in resource management software and data analysis toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with project management methodologies and best practicesDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsKnowledge of capacity planning and forecasting techniquesUnderstanding of resource allocation strategies and their impact on organizational performanceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredExperience working in a multinational or global organization is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
