Associate Manager - TC Procurement

1. Market Analysis for Procurement of Services & Goods
2. Interaction with Engineering, Production and other departments.
3. Preparation of internal documents for approval.
4. Approval of billing break-up.
5. Knowledge of Conditions of Contract.
6. Manage the procurement activities for large size capex for different project
7. Dealing with bank guarantees and advance payments.
8. Database of Vendors for all types of Raw material, Spares, Consumables, Capital Goods & Services.
9. Preparation of Departmental MIS.
10. Post Award Activities – Preparation of Change Order Proposal including Qty./ Rate variation, Extra items, Time
Extensions, Expediting for timely completion of deliverables etc.

Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 10 -14 Years
