Associate Managing Director, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Consulting and Services

As the CTI Consulting and Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that delivers cyber threat intelligence services to a diverse range of industries. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our service offerings, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. Your expertise in consulting and service delivery will be crucial in positioning our organization as a trusted partner in the cybersecurity landscape. Additionally, you will focus on strategic growth in sales and organic growth within our service offerings, ensuring that our solutions continuously evolve to meet client needs and market demands.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a team of consultants and service delivery professionals in the Cyber Threat Intelligence team. Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance our threat intelligence service offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries. Oversee the delivery of high-quality threat intelligence services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Drive strategic growth in sales and organic growth within our service offerings. Design and implement processes for efficient service delivery and continuous improvement. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on cyber threat intelligence and risk mitigation. Stay updated on the latest cyber threat trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance and client feedback. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, regulations, and industry standards.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or service delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of building and leading successful consulting and services teams. Strong knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, threat analysis, and risk management. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and experience in developing and executing growth strategies. Effective communication and presentation skills. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus.

The current salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000
