Associate Managing Director, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Engineering and Analysis

As the CTI Engineering and Analysis Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our cyber threat intelligence capabilities. You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats, ensuring that our clients are protected from emerging threats. Your role will involve designing strategies for intelligence curation, creating and implementing advanced threat detection and response strategies, and optimizing threat intelligence processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing TI's internal network for storing and interrogating the data collected, and developing processes for centralizing the analysis and investigations conducted from the intelligence. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate threat intelligence insights into broader security strategies, driving the overall effectiveness of our cybersecurity operations.

 

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts in the Cyber Threat Intelligence team. Develop and implement threat detection and response strategies. Oversee the analysis of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Design strategies for intelligence curation. Design TI's internal network for storing and interrogating collected data. Develop processes for centralizing the analysis and investigations conducted from the intelligence. Coordinate with other teams to ensure comprehensive threat intelligence coverage. Manage the development and maintenance of threat intelligence tools and platforms. Conduct regular threat assessments and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest cyber threat trends and technologies. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations. Prepare and present reports on threat intelligence activities and findings.

 

ESSENTIAL TRAITS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, threat analysis, and incident response. Experience with threat intelligence tools and platforms. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.

The current salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000
