They are seeking additional Manufacturing Technicians to join their team at their packaging facility! Located in New Albany, OH Night shift 6pm - 6:30am (may vary) Swing shift schedule - 4 days week 1 and 3 days week 2 Pay: $19-$21/hr **Responsibilities:** + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment. + Maintain machine uptime, clear stoppages, and resolve faults. + Perform routine manufacturing tasks like material dispensing and record transactions. + Review and maintain documentation, including batch records and audits. + Train team members on equipment and processes. + Use HMIs to identify alarms and resolve line stoppages. + Conduct equipment inspections and generate work orders. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and process inefficiencies. + Support inventory management through SAP transactions. + Follow GMPs and report discrepancies to supervisors. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma/GED and at least one year of work or military experience **OR** an associate degree. + A strong work ethic This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
