Key responsibilities include: + Coordinating marketing campaigns for key product launches, from brief development to execution, in collaboration with partners such as the LEGO Agency, markets, branded retail, and communication channel teams. + Managing communication with external IP partners to ensure alignment and approval throughout the product and marketing development process, while gathering essential partner information and insights. + Developing compelling selling-in materials that emphasize the key strengths and benefits of the portfolio and marketing plan, aiding markets' customer development teams. + Supporting the marketing lead in the product packaging development process by crafting briefs and ensuring agency outputs align with the product proposition, LEGO Brand DNA, and Family Visual Identity. + Contributing to business planning by analyzing the performance of Passion Point targeted projects and products and collaborating with the Global Insights team to create and disseminate an insight bible on Passion Points. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The LEGO Group wants to connect with the audiences through their passion by offering more experiences and products with an audience-first approach.
