About the Role:
Associate Marketing Manager, Disney Consumer Products, will develop and implement marketing strategies and manage promotions / campaigns, with the aim to enhance Disney’s brand value, expand consumer touch point, and drive business growth & sales.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns in close collaboration with major online/ offline channels, key licensees, and campaign organizersPlan and implement comprehensive social marketing initiatives with key licensees, agencies, and internal social media teamsManage marketing campaigns as a project manager: set a clear objective, coordinate with stakeholders, address challenges, and deliver results Partner with cross-functional business team (Studio, Disney+, Game, and Integrated Marketing, APAC franchise team) to execute successful joint promotionsRequired Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C marketing preferably with a major retail channel, social media platform, or direct-to-consumer brandProject management experience in a cross-functional organization structureB2C marketing campaign experience with major consumer brands; experience in brand collaborations, on/offline events, or BTL promotions is a plus.Knowledge of licensing and retail business, with a deep understanding of consumer trends.Demonstrated success in building relationships across all levels of an organizationAbility to manage multiple projects and drive results, with a strong “partnership” mentality Strong planning and execution skills, able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalTeam player and able to work under high pressureProblem solving skills: able to resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectivelyCreative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class marketing campaignsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsWell-developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
