You will work on a global brand that has sparked more new connections than any other dating app, and learn from leading industry experts. You will work on projects that push the envelope of brand marketing: from TikTok to brand campaigns, from offline events to brand partnerships.

In this role you will:Assist the Tinder Australia team with planning, execution and analysis of innovative growth and marketing strategiesFeed into Tinder’s official social media pages and develop social first-campaignsCommunicate effectively with Tinder employees across the world and manage key stakeholders within the businessManage a marketing budget and liaise with finance and legal teams for contracts and invoicingProject management with key agency teams (media, creative, social and influencer agencies) and closely managing timelines and workflow across key projects. Prepare decks and memos - including timely reporting of post-campaign resultsResearch and monitor trends within dating, app marketing and Gen Z culture - be the voice of Gen Z on the teamGeneral admin work supporting Australia

We're looking for:2-5 years marketing or advertising agency/media agency experiencePassion for marketing, trends and audience insightsFinger on the pulse of Australian youth cultureAdept with all tools in Google Workspace Highly organized with proven administrative skills and a high attention to detailAbility to learn quickly and use initiativeTeam player with ability to build working relationships at all levelsGreat communication skillsEnglish requiredSomeone with the right to live & work in Australia
