Job Description

Responsibilities:

Effectively plan, execute, and manage Tourism Board campaigns as well as non-campaign partnerships (incl. Banks, ad-hoc FL/HT/TA, etc.), that drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue growthAssist in day-to-day communication with partners regarding campaign executions & results tracking; conduct performance analysis & reporting on monthly basisConduct regular touchpoints with partners to understand goals/objectives & develop strategies accordinglySupport in planning & aligning with partnership team on timeline, USP, channels activation, merchandisingCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., stakeholder) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms involved teams (package benefit, channels, DORA, etc.)Research industry trends & insights related to partnerships & marketing initiatives to stay ahead of competition

Requirements

Qualifications:

At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plusMinimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies.Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
