As a Master Data Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, well-structured data in our ERP system. You’ll be the go-to person for managing daily data loads, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This role is a great fit for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in data and analytics while supporting cross-functional teams.
In This Role\nManage daily data loads into the ERP system, verifying accuracy and resolving any load issues\nPerform detailed data reviews to ensure completeness and proper structure across records\nCollaborate with IT, Product Data, and international teams to troubleshoot issues and improve data quality\nSupport product data management efforts that directly impact customer deliverables\nMaintain and update master data records with a high level of accuracy and consistency\nFollow data quality standards and document processes to support long-term scalability\nAssist in creating reports using Excel and support visual analysis through tools like Power BI \nHelp identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements\nOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey \n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n1 year of experience in data entry, operations support, or a data-focused role\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through\nStrong Excel skills required\nFamiliarity with ERP systems\nA collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment\n
