The Job
Assist with scheduling appointments, requests for referral, and coordinating with healthcare providers Coordinate cashless admissions with healthcare facilities in a timely manner and assist in maintaining accurate records of arrangements Ensure timely communication with customers, agents, healthcare providers including hospitals and doctors Follow up on the medical journey with customers timely including visitation in medical institutions to provide emotional support and guidance throughout the patient journey Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery On call standby to attend to incoming cases after office hours on rotation basis Assist with preparation of department reports Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.Our Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry will be advantageous Working knowledge of healthcare processes and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize with patients and families Analytical and able to think critically and creatively Strong organizational and time management skills High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changesAbout Great Eastern
