Process minor claims cases to meet department requirements & benchmarks.Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goalsManage payments and reportingPerforms other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirementsCorrespond and reply via email to Hospitals or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing

Requirements

Education qualification in Biomedical, Health Science, Nursing, Actuarial, Finance, Business Administation or related fieldsFresh graduates are open to applyExcellent spoken and written English.Ability to read and write Chinese is an added advantage.Able to work in Cyberjaya office 4 days a week (1 day work from home)
