Associate Medicare Enrollment Coordinator Priority Health
Job Summary

Effectively lead all steps of the enrollment process for government programs products in a pleasant and expedient manner to ensure quality customer service and compliance with all legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements. Plan, assign, and direct day-to-day responsibilities and workflow of the government programs enrollment staff. Assist customers and staff throughout the enrollment process by providing complete information and follow up on a timely basis. Assist the Senior Manager in coordinating activities and in the development/collection of materials required to meet and demonstrate compliance to all state, federal and accrediting organization requirements.

Essential Functions

Plan, assign, and direct day-to-day responsibilities and workflow of the government programs enrollment staff. Assist customers and staff throughout the enrollment process by providing complete information and follow up on a timely basis. Assist the Senior Manager in coordinating activities and in the development/collection of materials required to meet and demonstrate compliance to all state, federal and accrediting organization requirements.

Essential Functions

Plan, assign and direct the day-to-day responsibilities and workflow of the government programs enrollment staff to ensure all enrollment procedures are followed and timeline requirements are met

Utilize various reports to monitor individual and team production and performance; revise staffing model as necessary to meet customer and department needs

Audit enrollment files consistently to ensure all are complete, organized, and secure according to policies and procedures

Inform team members of audit results, rewarding and/or counseling regarding ongoing performance as necessary

Provide technical, product, policy and procedure training for new and existing staff

Address complex issues, including customer complaints, to facilitate effective resolution

Assist with enrollment processing as necessary to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including timeframes

Maintain knowledge of technical systems, products, policies/procedures, regulatory requirements and accreditation standards to be an effective resource for staff

Courteously provide internal and external customers with information and education regarding the government programs enrollment process

Effectively educate team on an ongoing basis relative to day-to-day changes, company initiatives and communications (internal and external) that may directly affect their interpretations of policy changes or benefit clarification to members, employers and other Priority Health staff

Qualifications

Required

1 year of relevant experience Managed care and/or health care

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration and/or health related degree or equivalent experience

1 year of relevant experience Enrollment

Working knowledge of Facets, state and CMS requirements
