Associate Medicare Retention Programs
**Duties & Responsibilities:** + Support Medicare Retention Strategy Manager in overseeing and measuring a broad range of existing Medicare customer retention initiatives + Analyze, measure, and evaluate the outcomes of new member welcome events + Collaborate with stakeholder teams, including sales, to develop and implement a more comprehensive and effective strategy for new member welcome and education events + Manage events in assigned territories in the Healthfirst service area + Create a reporting mechanism to capture the outcomes of these events and their impact on member experience and voluntary disenrollment + Strategize with internal stakeholders (i.e., Marketing, Population Health, Sales) on new initiatives Healthfirst can leverage to improve member experience and reduce voluntary disenrollment + Monitor and Measure outcomes of initiatives, report findings, adjust actions + Additional duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications:** + At least 6 months (nonconsecutive) experience in program or project management + Ability to travel around downstate NY, which includes the 5 boroughs, Long Island, Rockland, and Westchester + Ability to understand complex federal rules and guidelines and be able to ascertain business implications required. + Must have strong interpersonal skills + Technical skills: Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), corporate email systems and SharePoint **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience managing business processes for project teams + Ability to build project plans or schedules + Ability to drive, track and report project execution progress + Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with fast-changing state and federal guidelines + Experience in a cross functional strategy team and/or other projects within the healthcare industry + Spanish speaker preferred **Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:** Confirm all new programming is allowable with Medicare legal and regulatory partners WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
