Associate Medicare Retention Programs
Description and Requirements At Healthfirst, the Medicare Growth team is dedicated to growing our membership. A main lever of that growth is retaining our Medicare members with excellent member experiences and ensuring they are in the right plan for their needs. We use advanced analytical techniques to generate insights and drive positive member outcomes. The focus of this position is on Member Migration (Right Plan Fit) and Involuntary Disenrollment Medicare retention programs Position will be devoted to existing programming that encourages Healthfirst members to choose the correct plan design for their needs and to maintain their Medicare/Medicaid eligibility so they can remain Medicare plan members.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Support Medicare Retention Manager in overseeing and measuring a broad range of existing Medicare customer retention initiatives

· Manage current Right Plan Fit Activities including assignment, monitoring and measurement of both Core Product, Medicare Cost Savings and Age-In outreach programs

· Manage current Involuntary Disenrollment activities including assignment, monitoring and measurement of Recertification and Loss of Medicaid outreach programs

· Maintain responsibility for Medicare Product representation and follow ups at Complaints Against the Health Plan working group

· Strategize with internal stakeholders (i.e., Marketing, Population Health, Sales) on new initiatives Healthfirst can leverage to improve member migrations and reduce involuntary disenrollment

· Monitor and Measure outcomes of initiatives, report findings, adjust actions

· Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent work experience)

· Experience in a cross functional strategy team and/or other projects within the healthcare industry

· At least 6 months (nonconsecutive) experience in program or project management

· Ability to understand complex federal rules and guidelines and be able to ascertain business implications required.

· Must have strong interpersonal skills

· Technical skills: Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), corporate email systems and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience managing business processes for project teams

· Ability to build project plans or schedules

· Ability to drive, track and report project execution progress

· Ability to learn quickly and keep pace with fast-changing state and federal guidelines

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities: Confirm all new programming is allowable with Medicare legal and regulatory partner

Hiring Range*:

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $57,400 - $78,030

All Other Locations (within approved locations): $49,800 - $74,120

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
