Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Medicare Retention Strategy Manager in overseeing and measuring a broad range of existing Medicare customer retention initiativesAnalyze, measure, and evaluate the outcomes of new member welcome eventsCollaborate with stakeholder teams, including sales, to develop and implement a more comprehensive and effective strategy for new member welcome and education eventsManage events in assigned territories in the Healthfirst service areaCreate a reporting mechanism to capture the outcomes of these events and their impact on member experience and voluntary disenrollmentStrategize with internal stakeholders (i.e., Marketing, Population Health, Sales) on new initiatives Healthfirst can leverage to improve member experience and reduce voluntary disenrollmentMonitor and Measure outcomes of initiatives, report findings, adjust actionsAdditional duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
At least 6 months (nonconsecutive) experience in program or project managementAbility to travel around downstate NY, which includes the 5 boroughs, Long Island, Rockland, and WestchesterAbility to understand complex federal rules and guidelines and be able to ascertain business implications required.Must have strong interpersonal skillsTechnical skills: Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), corporate email systems and SharePointPreferred Qualifications:
Experience managing business processes for project teamsAbility to build project plans or schedulesAbility to drive, track and report project execution progressAbility to learn quickly and keep pace with fast-changing state and federal guidelinesExperience in a cross functional strategy team and/or other projects within the healthcare industrySpanish speaker preferredCompliance & Regulatory Responsibilities: Confirm all new programming is allowable with Medicare legal and regulatory partners
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $57,400 - $78,030
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $49,800 - $74,120
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
