The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in year and strategic growth plans. Working with cross-functional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the MDLZ Cakes & Pastries (C&P) innovation pipeline design & development work by supporting the C&P Innovation team in enabling consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be instrumental in ensuring that Mondelez is set up for success in the C&P space. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Key Responsibilities
Support the development of brand portfolio management and lead innovation and commercialization/launch plans for renovation, business critical projects, PPA, including post launch tracking and waste mitigationSupport sell-in of Cakes & Pastries, by developing strong insights-led selling stories and accompanying materials in collaboration with category developmentC&P day-to-day brand support includes:Lead cross-functional teams through commercialization processWork with agency partners and stakeholders to develop all packaging assetsConduct analysis to support seasonal strategyCommunicate with supply planning and sales planning to ensure seamless deliverySet up and implement organic Social strategy development and content management. Work with digital/social agencies to build engagement and a strong brand voiceOwn execution of short term brand strategy, including: Shopper strategy, distribution drive strategy, and organic socialSupport long-term strategy developmentSupport in the creation of the C&P strategy: participate in IBP, consumer strategy, distribution drive strategy, innovation pipeline development and organic socialConduct a thorough post-season analysis (in partnership with consumer insights) of brand performance, competitive brands, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insightsOrganize market audits during each season to gather category and competitive insights- action insights to support brand strategy.Own C&P budgets across all seasons.What extra ingredients you will bring:

3-5 years’ work experienceBachelor’s degree requiredThe base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
