Process Existing Business request within as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)Processing of incoming requests for service in a timely and efficient manner. Taking ownership in all actions required to resolve the customers queries including liaising and driving results with other teams until full request criteria is satisfiedAs a key deliverer of AIAs customer experience it is vital that you are knowledgeable in all aspects of AIA products and processes as applicable at this level and are professional in all interactions incorporating phone, email, and postal methods.The Existing Business Customer Service Consultants provide information, and process requests from different customer channels. To take all practicable steps to see beyond the service request and ensure you understand the full needs of your customer and delivering to these, if unsure you must seek the assistance of your Assistant Manager.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements.Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirements.Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.Ensure 100% participation and contribution in team activities.Attend & get certified for development plans identified to up skill and for personal development as per the planned timeline.Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.Ensure all task and activities are recorded in AOM accurately and promptly.Actively participate in all team’s activities and staying engaged.Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet or exceed our customer and business partners’ expectations.Ensure that the productivity meet or exceed defined minimum performance standards.Ensure that the tardiness meet the benchmark.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
