Role requirements:

Able to convey ideas clearly and succinctly through verbal and written communication. Effectively manages their time to deliver work efficiently. Always applies a customer service mindset and strives to deliver customer delight. Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Customer Service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred. Basic ability to understand and manipulate data from a variety of sources. Basic familiarity with understanding of Supply/Demand. Good command of the English language (oral and written).
