Description We are looking for an Associate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our operations by handling various tasks from order creation to shipment tracking. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient execution of tasks such as order creation, shipment activation, load assignment, and appointment scheduling in adherence to our standard operating procedures.
• Regularly monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to promptly respond to requests from customers and carriers.
• Accurately input load data in systems in compliance with our standards and those of our customers.
• Document events and actions taken, using knowledge acquired through standard operating procedures and experience.
• Validate the accuracy of all information and data, with a keen focus on detail and precision.
• Foster satisfaction by diligently following through on all customer and carrier requests, escalating when necessary.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment that values creativity and innovation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs proficiently to accomplish tasks and maintain records.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver quality service.
• Handle other duties or responsibilities as assigned, according to team and country specific requirements. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
• Familiarity and experience with Office Functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in Training and Operations procedures
• Ability to Schedule Appointments and manage time effectively
• Commitment to Quality and Shipping Functions
• Demonstrated skill in executing tasks and projects
• Understanding of Company Policy and Prioritization
• Experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with Standard Operation Procedures
• Demonstrated Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving
• Strong Analytical Skills and a focus on Business Growth
• Knowledge of Discrimination Laws and Affirmative Action Plan
