Job Description
The Associate Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing various tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, in accordance with office and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role involves providing shipment information, creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing. The coordinator will monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests, document events, and follow defined escalation procedures and training when required. The role also involves validating and ensuring the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

This role requires working 4 days in the office and one day at home after 3 months. The company is a Fortune 100 organization that values culture and employee engagement. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
