Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator to establish contacts and build relationships with customers, understand their needs, manage conflicts, and provide timely updates related to exception management. The role involves ensuring quality execution against expectations, identifying issues, and implementing solutions. You will review internal and customer data, execute customer pricing strategies, and grow the business by listening to customers’ needs.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish contacts and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.Manage conflict and navigate difficult conversations with customers using tact and diplomacy.Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates related to exception management in a timely manner.Ensure quality execution against expectations, identify issues, and implement solutions.Review internal and customer data, including customer-aligned KPIs, for quality and accuracy.Execute customer pricing strategies set by the account management team focused on capturing profitable market share.Grow the business by communicating opportunities to Account Management and providing key customer-specific knowledge.Leverage available tools and resources to implement process efficiencies.Learn and apply best practices to maintain consistency and gain efficiencies across the network.Utilize data and reporting to identify and improve service results to meet customer expectations.Partner with internal resources to ensure account processes and SOPs are complete and adhered to.Minimize manual processes when possible without diminishing customer value.Leverage technology for order statuses and initiate corrective action when exceptions occur.Execute customer workflows, preferences, and SOPs to create efficient, cost-effective solutions.Provide ongoing issue resolution through communication with customers, offering options and alternative solutions.Collaborate effectively with operations teams.Essential SkillsData entryOperational skillsLogisticsAdditional Skills & QualificationsOne year of office experience preferredExperience in retail or service industry consideredAbility to work weekendsWork Environment
This is a hybrid role with shifts that vary but are primarily over the weekend. The second shift starts at 4 PM and ends at 12 AM.
Specific shift options include:
(1) Sat-Sun: 8 AM-5 PM, Mon-Tue: 4 PM-12 AM, Fri: 4 PM-10 PM (off Wed-Thu)(2) Sat-Sun: 8 AM-5 PM, Wed-Thu: 4 PM-12 AM, Fri: 4 PM-10 PM (off Mon-Tue)(3) Sat-Sun: 8 AM-5 PM, Mon: 4 PM-12 AM, Thu: 4 PM-12 AM, Fri: 4 PM-10 PM (off Tue-Wed).Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
