Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In this role, you will:Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in natureReceive, log, batch, and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Cash vault or cash handling experience10-key numerical data entry experienceAttention to detail and accuracy skillExperience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven Good communication skillsAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

Job Expectations:Training: (on the job training)?Hours: Monday  & Tuesday  11:00 am to 8:30 pm             Wednesday 12pm to 9:30pm             Thursday & Friday 2:30pm-9:30pm Each shift end daily or until work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible to work additional hours as needed based on business needs)Standing up 6 to 8 hours or moreAbility to lift 50+ pounds/Vault-Lifting/PullingMay be eligible for a 15% shift differential as outlined by the Wells Fargo salary guidelines based on the shift. Possible holidays due to business needsStarting Salary: $20.00/hourThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

CSBB Operations delivers a diverse set of foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers, providing stability, scalability, and security for Wells Fargo. Services include deposits, payments and ATM operations, global fraud and claims, account reconciliation, wire transfers, cash vault and lockbox services, print and image services, unclaimed property processing, legal order processing, estate care, and voice, email, chat, and social media services for consumer and small business customers. Divisions include ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions; Business Planning and Transformation; Customer Excellence, Controls and Enablement; Customer Service; Fraud and Claims Management; Retail Core Operations; and Workforce Management, Capacity Planning and Productivity Analytics.
