Overview:
As an Order Processor with SolarWinds, you will be part of a global team processing a high volume of orders, across a broad range of products. You will work closely with customers & internal departments to resolve order issues. You will be an expert at navigating billing & provisioning systems, with accuracy and efficiency. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as a team member.
Your Role
Process high volume of orders of increasing range and complexity, with accuracy and efficiency Understand and adhere to departmental policies and procedures Develop and maintain a knowledge of SolarWinds product range, and of how products are provisioned and invoiced Meet defined metrics for accuracy and productivity Provide consistently exceptional customer service, and recognize when to escalate issues to senior team members Helped with additional projects and tasks related to Global Revenue Operations as they arose.Your Experience
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload to complete job duties on time A high degree of attention to detail, the ability to manage all tasks with maximum accuracy Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to respond clearly and calmly in stressful situations in both verbal and written communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or other CRM applications Flexibility in work schedule when requiredPreferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in sales support, sales operations, data entry or order management
