Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Associate Paid Media Analyst to support Campaign Management teams. This role involves campaign setup, data analysis, reporting, and optimizing paid and organic media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Snap, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Management:
Generate tracking links for campaigns using templates. Resize and adapt content for paid media launches. Set up and manage paid media ad units on major social platforms. Upload campaign assets to meet launch schedules.
Campaign Data Analysis & Reporting:
Support the analyst team in delivering timely performance reports during campaigns.
Media Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor paid media performance and adjust strategies to meet goals. Research audience interests to support future paid strategies.
Team Support & Coordination:
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests, including insights on paid and organic data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of paid media campaign management or data analytics experience. Proficiency in social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and reporting tools. Experience managing paid ads with a monthly spend of over $100,000+. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work during Central Time Zone business hours. Eligible to work in Canada.
What They Offer:
