You Have

2+ years of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity. 

Experience coaching others or training delivery. 

A passion for partner and customer experience. 

Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge. 

Experience communicating the value of the product and its features to customers. 

Experience with Google tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) or Google Admin is attractive but not essential. 

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. 

Maintain overall ownership and to function as single contact for Long-tail Channel Partners. 

Ability to speak and write English fluently. 

Able to speak and engage in Brazilian Portuguese for Brazil and Latin Spanish for LATAM Spanish Speaking countries. 

Previous experience working with channel partners preferred. 

Demonstrated ability to engage with management or executive level stakeholders preferred. 

 

  

You will: 

Achieve defined metrics by promoting the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel partners. 

Maintain overall health of the channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, with constant evaluation of channel experience and use feedback to make improvements. 

Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices, promote channel programs and strategic growth opportunities to expand business. 

Create and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide training to the partners, sharing important insights and promoting the unique value and benefits of products. 

Work with cross-functional teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive partner experience. 

Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene to ensure all relevant data is captured. Supporting partners in keeping passed-leads opportunities in PRM up to date.  

Sustain renewals rate by providing regular training and support to the channel partners. 

Identify partners behaviors that become bottlenecks in our processes. 

Work directly with Distributors on activation of new and dormant partners. 

Identify gaps in Partner knowledge and align the resources to address to sustain renewals rate and continue to grow the business.
